Anna Mills, two term president of National Real Estate Investors Assn. (REIA), continues to bring even more benefits as president of local ToledoREIA chapter. Anna has taken Toledo REIA to the top awards in Ohio and National for many years. She is also past president of Ohio Real Estate Investors (OREIA), as well as currently serving as local president of Toledo REIA.  Toledo Real Estate Investors Assn is a nonprofit educational association for investors and entrepreneurs to earn the Ohio & National Professional Housing Provider status. 

Anna has been a realtor in Ohio & Michigan for 40+ years.  She holds top designations in VIP Relocation, Investor Specialist, Property Tax Reduction and Court Appraisals. She has received multiple Ruby Awards for a great mix of educating buyers, sellers and investors on getting results. She just captured 2021, 2021 as well many many previous awards as Top producing agent.

Early in her career, she became a builder and an investor and started acquiring properties (no money down). She currently holds 14 professional real estate & contactors licenses including the skill trades of plumbing, heating, electrical contractor, lead paint supervisor & contractor and Clearance Tech inspector for lead paint.

Besides rebuilding Toledo neighborhoods, one rehab house at a time, Toledo REIA also created the “Donate-a-House” program with all the profits going back into the community through Northwest Ohio Food Bank.

As Co-authored of the ‘Landlord Tenant Handbook’, she also speaks and teaches investor workshops for the local housing authority, nationwide REIA’s, and area banks. She has spoken as far away as Australia, New Zealand and the Mediterranean through Lourdes College.  Anna is past president of Toastmasters with an Advanced Toastmaster (CTM) Silver designation, has been a member of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), and Women’s Entrepreneurial Network (WEN).

She’s hosted 3 DIY real estate radio shows on multiple networks.
